Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. RankSpark reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service after a reasonable grace period.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RankSpark and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant RankSpark a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RankSpark does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
SEO results vary and depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, and website technical health. RankSpark does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@rankspark.io. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial.
